Do I have to go to a repair shop that my insurance company tells me to go to?
Absolutely Not. Per the Consumer Bill of Rights, as the owner of the vehicle you have the right to choose the repair facility of your choice for repairs. The insurance company or third party cannot tell you where to take your vehicle for repairs. At Classic Auto Collision it is important to remember that we work for you, not the insurance company.

Do I need more than one estimate?
No. Classic Auto provides you with a computerized estimating system that determines the cost of repairs. The law does not require more than one estimate and since it is your vehicle it is your choice as to where to have your vehicle repaired.

Will my car be repaired to the same quality as before my accident?

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
Our goal is to return you car to you as quickly as possible. During the repair of your vehicle we take into consideration all aspects of the damage including items that may not have been found during the initial damage assessment. Due to additional hidden damage any date provided may be delayed but our goal is always to return your vehicle to you as quickly as possible.

Is all of their business conducted via 800 numbers or is there an actual agent you can talk too? How is the prospective insurer when it comes to handling a loss you have suffered? Do they respond quickly? Do they have the best interest of your car in mind when they provide you with an estimate for repairs? A good insurance company will excel in all these areas. There are many companies that excel in these areas and there are some that do not. If you properly research your prospective insurance company for quality in price, representation and claims service you will have selected a good insurance company.
